I did it! I hit my first goal.  I've lost 29.5 lb since November and I am now under my 190lb goal (189 to be exact).  I feel MUCH better and I can't believe it when I look back at my old pictures.  Next mini-goal is 185, then we'll see if I need to go down any more.

 

I'll be in Austin on business this next week, wish me luck in eating healthy while I'm on the go.

Thanks everyone!  I haven't been able to eat as well as I'd like to on my trip, but I've kept my portions down and I just used the puny hotel gym.  Got a mile in and a small set of my weights done (they don't have enough weight to do what I normally do) :(


Off to the shower!  Wish me a good rest of the week.
