Goal: 10lbs a month! Anyone with me?
Hi Everyone!
I just started 3 days ago and I am really motivated at this time, so I would like to lose as much as possible early on before my excitment about eating healthier wanes. My ultimate goal is to lose 90 lbs. I believe if I really work for it I can do this by years end. I've lost 6 lbs since Feb1st, hopefullly I can keep this up for at least 2 mos which would put me around 24 lbs lost. This would be a great motivation to leap forward! Is anyone else up for the challenge?

I'm only looking to loose 15 lbs all together. I started on the 1rst too and have lost 4 lbs. It might be posible to loose 10 in a month. So I'll give it a try too!
I am definitely up for this too! Need to loose about 30lbs, so that would be nice in time for Summer or thereabouts! :-)

Hi eveyone!
I'm so excited that we are going to do this together! I am actually eating more food (more veggies instead of junk). I love cabbage and broccoli and they are pretty low calorie, more water and tea are also becoming a staple in my diet. I think the key for us to reach the 3lb mark is to exercise at least 4 days a week 20 min to at least get our metabolisms revved up! I am very lazy so no Tae Bo or anything like that for me just yet. I do have an exercise bike. I put my headphones on, blast my favorite music (to distract my brain from what my body is doing!)and just pedal.I also think it would be good to visualize something you would do/wear if you were your ideal weight. Any other suggestions to keep the 2.5-3lb a week goal?I think we should weigh in once a week (Sunday if possible)
I lost 10 lbs Last Month. I am trying for the next 10 this month but lost about 2 lbs so far. Would love to join your girls.

You can DEFINETLY count me in. I need to loose about total of 20 lbs, so if I got down 10lbs I would be half way there. I have been stuck at this weight for months now, so I could use some good motivitation.

Can you try all protein and green vegetables diet for 3 to 5 days and see what the diet will do for you?

I would love to join. I'm 20 pounds shy of my goal weight of 160. I started Jan. 2007 at 242 and to date I weigh 180. It has been a long road but if you stay motivated it can be done.

I am 5' 8.5" and weigh 155. I would love to lose 10 lbs a month until I get to about 130-135 (I will have to see when I get there)! I would love to be in this support group. I need the support.

I'm vegan too! =] So it's easy for me to eat healthy, I stay away from processed sugars and all things sweet, so it makes it easy.
I'm at 178 right now and I'd like to get down to 115-120=]
