Hi all! .... I am 5'2" ..... I never thought calorie counting and keeping track would work~...... but it does.. its day in day out... thats all... there are times I just want to sit and eat but I think I ve come this far no way in ruin it now...

My calorie intake as of ... a week or so ago was between 1100 and 1200 give and take...

right now I am happy of where I am so I am starting to zig zag as long as I get in 8400 calories Sunday through Saturday....

Congrats!! I can't believe I've never tried to stay within my weekly calories. Sometimes I go overboard. That's why we need to be able to see our net calories in a graph format especially for the days that we workout, which I do at least 3 times a week, including spin class!
