goal weight but still got those lovehandles !
So I basically just hit my "ideal" weight and very excited. I look way better than I did at 160 (now at 131 ~ 5'6")
but the thing is, I still got those lovehandles that dont make me feel very comfortable =(
Do you guys know excersices that would help me get rid of them ?
videos ? links?
all would be approciated thanks =)
hay whats up? This is faisel skeik talking well i accually have reached my ideal weight (156~5'9) as well, long time ago, and have been maintaining it for the past 4 months! Im a bodybuilder, ping-pong, and soccer player; where i dont always play soccer cause it will affect my muscle growth, however i really would like to know what food do u eat cause its the food that will maintain the lovehandles, although, weight has been reached. Btw so lovehandles could only be liquids and not fat cause depending on ur food and workout it will be easy to determine whether ur diet helps in growing those dumb things we suffer from.
Fast info try not to eat any chocolates or biscuits try to replace the sugar need with Fruits which will easily be burned through the day and before ur workout.
Hey congrats on reaching your goal weight!!!
Unfortunately, if you still have fat that you want to lose, the only way to get rid of it is to eat at a deficit. Maybe you could lose 5lbs more, then add strength training to get back up to your goal weight. Lifting weights will really tone your body and make it firmer and more muscular.
Good luck, and again congrats!!! :)

Why wait to lose 5lbs before starting strength training?
Not doing strength training in the first place is what can lead to a skinny fat look.

Sorry, should've clarified. Littlesimongeorge is right - you should be strength training regardless of whether you're trying to gain or lose weight. I meant that if you lose the love handles and you're below your goal weight, you can add the weight back on through intense strength training, rather than adding back on more fat. My little brother did that - he lifted weights and did lots of cardio while losing weight, but when he wanted to bulk up after losing the fat, he focused more on weights. He still does cardio but he spends more time lifting now.
Sorry for not being articulate in the first post!!
