What is your GOAL weight and WHEN do you want to reach it??
Goal weight: 110 lbs.
Reaching point: January 1st, 2010
Goal weight: 100 pounds.
Reaching point: August 25, 2009.
We all know that is not going to happen when I weigh 120 pounds.
Goal Weight: 110
Goal Date: Februasry 1st
CC claims I'll reach it by mid-December but I'm having a rough time so I am giving myself another month-and-a-half so I don't feel disappointted when I reach December and I'm still not there.
I am 123 I would like to be at least 110 by December 1st, my ultimate goal is probably 105. but I don't want to jinx myself and feel bad if I'm not even 110 by then becuase I have 5 days to mess up between now and then.
Bat mitzvah: lots of exercise that day and days before. Don't binge on food just b/c it's there.Pick the healthiest foods and water and diet coke. Dance alot to burn those extra cals!
Halloween: Worst. I'll exercise a lot and I'll be walking and I'll try to choose mostly big candy abs but on the walk I'll treat ymself to little ones. and when I trade with my friends I'll trade lots of little ones for a big one. I'll have one big one for dessert every day for dessert until their gone. I hope I don't go crazy!!!
thanksgiving: Again, exercise. I'll also try to pick the healthiest things, not too much gravy, mostly turkey and veggies. I'll treat myself to a dessert or 2. Intuitive eating and focusing on my family, not food.
Birthday: that'll be fairly easy. I'll probably just go out to eat and I'll exercise a little more and choose a relatively healthy place and meal.
My birthday party: is TOUGH. I'll have a slice or 2-maybe- of pizza and diet coke. I'll also have a slice of cake but then I might newly have 1 slice. If it's a sleepover,r I have a REAL issue b/c ppl will be up all night wanting food. I get so wrapped up in the fun and food- my friends are big eaters!- I forget that I don't want to go crazty.
Then after that, when I hope I'm 105 or between 105 and 110 or just 110, is Christmas, which will be the same as thanksgiving.
But there's the other worst thing with Halloween is my vacation for a week. I hope to jut practice intuitive eating, buy healthy snacks unlike M&ms and cheez-its and try to order as healthy as possible for dinner. on my last vacation I ate a lot and barely exercised and only gained 3 pounds. I don't think there's a gym there grrr... I'll have to practice a lot of intuitive eating between then and now, 3 months and 5 situations to do it. I go crazy,w rapped up in the moment and then extremely regret it. I don't want to lose all this weight and have it come back just in time for spring and summer or ever.
Sigh. As you can see I worry A LOT and OFTEN and IN ADVANCED> I'm a perfectionist. Luck me.
I'm 5'7" and would like to reach 135 in two weeks. I'm 147 right now but I've already lost ten pounds in the past two weeks. Hoping that my walks and limited snacking will help.
I don't even own a scale!
i think i'm around 110 pounds, and i just want to lose weight until i think it looks good :)
i dont think that im badly over weight but ii defenetly wanna loose wait and im looking for like a msn buddy or texting buddy to help me ,
im 14 and i way 112 lbs ,
and i dont realy know my exact height i think im 5ft3 or something , im not very tall for my age anyways
i just wanna have a nice flat stomach and loose a little every so often.
