Hmmm okay clearly you have a bit of a health issue...90 pounds is unrealistic regardless of how small framed you supposedly think you are. You are perfect as you are...you could even gain a couple of pounds.
I'm 5'2", at 142 pounds, trying to get down to 130 pounds.

Hello everyone~ I am 5'3'' and currently 135lbs which was my original goal when I started my whole change of eating habits and losing weight. I started at 158lbs. It has been a very slow process but Im making it happen right? ![]()
My new and final goal is 127-128lbs. Can't wait to see it. I do concentrate on how my clothes are fitting and I take monthly measurements to see inches loss as well.
I must have large thighs and hips compared to alot of you because I am in 10 pants...I'm jealous! lol

Your goal is to be 120lb so that is slightly lowering then mine, but I am not small framed. I am more medium frame and slightly muscular ( I do alot of freguent lifting at work).
Good luck on making your goal happen for your wedding! Im sure you can do it!

I am almost 14 years old. I am 5'3'' ( and a half ) and weigh 145 pounds. About 2 years ago I weighed 130 pounds. When I found a best friend she pressured me to lose weight, so I did. Last year I then weighed 115 pounds. I was proud of myself but when she went away for the summer and I gained even more than I originally weighed. I became 145 and still am. I am more self conscious of myself. When I look back I still thought I was fat when I fit into a size 3-5 (depending on the jeans). I found it really hard to try to lose weight because of my parents. They are overweight to and bought non-healthy foods. I made grocery lists so many times, and they would never get all the foods on my list. I finally had a long talk with them because I told them all my problems and then they let me get the food I wanted. It is very hard. I want to go out and eat, but if I want to go out and eat I now go on the website and look at nutritionalinfo. I make a calorie diary. I go down to the gym everyday for about 30-45min. Hopefully I can lose all the weight I want by my goal date and if I don't, that's ok because I got a long way to go.![]()
