5'6 goals?
who's 5'6 weight loss goals are.
My goal weight is 120=]
I'm 5'6" at 138lbs and been there for 3 months! Have been increasing calories from 1200 to 1585 , gradually to see where I might start to lose but was on a starvation diet when I got down to 130 last year.
Hope to get down to 128.
IM_AMY: 5'6 and 120 pounds is not underweight. I believe the BMI comes up to 19. something and the range for normal weight is 18.5-24.9. and thats using the link you gave me :-)

and youre right, its muchh harder towards the end!
I'm 5'6" and weigh 138. I'd love to get to 130 but would probably be happy with 135.
Went shopping this weekend was able to buy some size 6 dress pants....so that was very exciting.

I'm 5'6" with a big frame and a starting weight of 265lb. My goal is to weigh less than 200 pounds fully-dressed and at the end of the day (say 195).
I know that's a vastly higher goal than any of yours, but I've been big all my life and I don't want to get too thin and have saggy-baggy skin etc. If I feel inspired to continue I might go for 185 to get down to 'overweight' BMI (and this dieting thing is so painless I might well do that) but I want to get to my first major goal before I start moving the goalposts again.
(I just checked the BMI calculator and 150 would put me at a 'normal weight' with a BMI of 25 on the nose. I couldn't even begin to picture myself at 120 - I'm sure I'd be skin and bone!)

TETO is right and don't feel bad. My first goal was to get to 150 to feel good! My Happy Weight is 144 and Idea weight for my medium frame is 130, 137 or 115 - 154 range, depending upon which calculator one uses so it's all a matter of choice and health.
I want to go to 128 to get rid of flab in thighs and hips, then probably will try to maintain at 130 - 135 somewhere. My doc said I was already too bony in my shoulders at my current 139.
It's a strange sort of balancing act.
i'm eighteen, 5'6", currently 140lbs and my goal is to hit the low end of the 120s and see what i think.
i'm not a huge fan of looking too thin, so i'm reserving my "final" goal until after my family sees me again (i've been away for 6 months, just under 4 to go). i'm thinking i'll probably wind up around 125.

I'm 49, started at 169.7 now two weeks later 166!! Felt my best at 38 years old and 120, but I'd be happy with 135-139
I'm 14, now I weight 134 or 133, I'm hoping to get down to 126!!!
