I lost 4 pounds last week but this week I went over my limit(not by much) 2 or 3 times. I'm afraid I'm going to gainn weight. i'll be fine staying where I am but the gaining is the problem. I want to move FORWARD. It's probably because 2 other girls, one thin and 1 average, were talking about how they eat whatever they want and one girl's mother said "as you should." i wasn't that extreme but i did have frnech bread for dinner. I guess when people talk like that you feel pushed or motivated to eat, or at least i do. i feel awful-any help? consolation? advice? success stories? agreement? stories like mine? PLEASE REPLY!
