My Goal's reached!

Quote  |  Reply

Well about a 2 years ago when I was 14 I weighed 195 pounds! I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted NEVER ate breakfast! A year past and starting playing football and basketball weight dropped down to 160. I maintained 160 for a very long time eating habbits were still the same. Then about 2 months into 15 years of age. I decided to start eating better, so I increased my calorie intake and exercise as well. Eating breakfast everyday, and eating 6 meals a day! Guess what? Dropped 25 pounds and gain backed 10 since I started weight training, and now my body fat percentage is 9%! If I can do it, so can you specially if you're young! I hope this might motivate some of you, feel free to share your story with me as well! Best to all you enjoy your youth and eat, eat, EAT to lose that weight! :) The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is so include weight training in your weight loss regimen!!
