Goals for Today (Always Open!)
mrs_yooper on this site started this thread but it has long died out, and I wanted to bring it back.
We should start a topic on where we can post our goals for the day in the morning and then set a time for 9 pm to enter if we accomplished our goals or not. This way we have a time limit to get those goals accomplished and we can see what everyone is doing? I hope some of you will join me in this interesting topic.

3) In your end-of-day post (OPTIONAL), include your Nutrition Report for the day.

Goals Reached 06/10/09
- Ate 1369 Calories (very low fat day but had 1 oz alcohol in my homemade vinaigrette) ((Edit: I ate roughly half the chicken that I wanted to eat, so decreased by the appropriate Calories)
- Walked to class and still had energy when I got there. Wanted to walk back but the urge for organic soup was too strong. I got a ride from a friend.
- Studied some, would like to do some more tonight.

Good point leopard. I notice that I'm very keen to use the weight log when the number is on the descent, but when it's rising I just put it off. This is one reason i packed on nearly 20 lbs. the second half of 2008. So I officially logged the weight this a.m. 119. Near the end of May -- the 27th, I was 118.5 So that means basically I gained 1/2 pound this month.
Goal for July: Lose 1 pound, be 118 as of 31st July. Thanks :)
Goals didnt go well today-erratic day emotionally.So goals tommorow will be based around grounding myself. Tommorow will also libe my last day of being 20!.

Goals 06.30.09
- 1000 Deficit
- Eat 4 meals
- Work from 12:30 - 4:00 p.m.

- Clean apartment (Ohio - my kitchen's the same way.)
- Drink at least 3 glasses of WATER (not soda/tea) at work
- Optional: Walk to/from pool and swim
Progress for June: 1 pants size/7.0 pounds
Goals for July: 1 - 2 pants sizes and 10 pounds.

- 939 Deficit - will do extra if I want to eat all these berries.
- Three meals. Delicious.
- Did this, had 20 extra minutes.
- No worries there, but I took some spinach with me.
- Haven't done this yet.
- Two glasses of water and 1 glass of diet soda with 1 oz strawberry soda added in.
- This was optional.
I'm so sleepy. I'm going to have a nap before I clean the apartment. But maybe I won't wake up tonight. And I have too much to do.

D-lass --> Congrats on making it to 21. It's all downhill from here. Although I am guessing you are not American, by your typing/spelling habits. But do the American way and have a drink (or 5) for your 21st birthday.
FTF --> I'd kill for 118 pounds. I didn't know you were so fit. Right now my overall goal is trying to make it to 138. 118 might be too slim for me.
By the way, I ate a bunch of blackberries. But since it's after midnight, it's counted as today and not yesterday.
I can't believe I'm writing this many goals. You guys have to wish me luck.
Goals 07.01.09 HAPPY JULY
- Just plain record what I'm eating. No major food goals here.
- Make lunch BEFORE CLASS.
- Eat 4 meals.
- Walk 3.8 miles round trip to and from class (and to pool)
- Get $350 out of bank. All large bills are fine.
- Pay rent with #5.
- Experiment with some of the weight-training equipment from the apartment complex
- Drink a full bottle of water before stretching.
- Stretch! Bring Stretch Guide sheet.
- Clean Apartment - since I didn't do it yesterday.
- Find True Blood (S2 E3).
ftf: I'd kill for 178 which is 60 lbs more than you!!! ha.
Went out this am and jogged for 10 min. That I can manage. If I do that a few morning a week, its got to help, right? It's about all I have time for before work and I ran the entire 10 min. ok, I know its nothing compared to others, but if its more than what i've done, it WILL help.

Didn't meet my work goals but others threw road blocks at me, so ok. Got a card for DH (he forgot but sent flowers so...), did water aerobics and 1/2 of situps.

hooray! I did all three (most of the canteloupe was eaten while I was cutting it up and the rest I had for breakfast this morning. I love love love summer!)

And... I'm at 171.8 today. 167 is right around the corner. What'll I do for my 10-pound celebration? Possibly ONE pair of Goodwill/Salvation Army/Thrift pants. And donate some other clothes.

Okay, so I have no idea how all this worked. my sodium was great, my fat and protein were normal. And I ate McDonalds today! Two McDoubles! That's how my fat got above 40. If I had eaten the salad I had planned to eat, I would have had my fat under 30, I suppose. I don't eat all that much.
If there's anything else i could have done wrong, my food intake indicates nothing... except maybe my D+.
Oh leopard, I don't really see why it was a D+, it wasn't that bad. I myself had a bad day, ate way too many almonds and crackers and hummus, then thought what the hell and a bean burrito and fries from Del Taco, and a little serve of Ben & Jerrys. Oh and a big can of beer.
Anyway, I'm not going to log all that crap. I've decided to take about 2 weeks off from going online (except when I have to for work). Good luck with goals everyone :)
FTF; you'll be missed. Hurry back. I understand the 'break' and they always do me good. Sometimes the tediousness of all this staying fit stuff just gets to me.
Weight is 181 even today. Very satisfied with that. No idea if I can get to 179 this weekend or not. Rainy looking out so I'm stuck inside on my first day of holiday.
yay, 3 entire days. Looked out the windows recently and realized they're very dirty, so that's on my list for today. Will not go to the grocery store, except for necessities. Funny, how I used to enjoy spend a long time browsing and throwing things that look appealing, into my cart. No more.
