Chicken and rice and soup casserole
| 2 | lbs chicken breast |
| 2 | cans cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | can cream of celery soup |
| 1 1/2 | cups milk |
| 1/3 | cup minced onions |
| 2 | cups rice |
- Cook the rice.
- Cut up the chicken into nice 1-2 inch square chunks and cook.
- Mix all the ingredients (rice, chicken, milk, soups, minced onions) and put in casserole dish.
- Cook in oven at 375 for about 30-40 minutes (make sure it's bubbling).
