im tummsy, 33, married and got a kid. i eat a lot especially when i am depressed, stressed with work and with being married. i am mildly overweight, thanks to this website, but im currently on a diet. i don't know if im doing it right but i guess its working, i just cut on my food intake. when i crave, i just buy a bar of chocolate and tell myself that it's enough and so i don't have to eat more.
im leading a very stressful job and still in the adjustment period of marriage and so i really try my very best not to overeat during "low" times.

hello sheebs. i had low times this week. i overate yesterday but i remembered how i have already spent much much on a diet pill and drink and so im back to cutting down on my rice intake. how are you too? hope to get to know more of you. im also new here.
