wow 2BB Congratulations.  Hope your feeling better.  I had to get my two

products out again myself and they work like a charm for me.  Almost Instant!

Well, today I will regroup from celebrating.  I have other celebrations on my

calendar for this month.  Two more to go.  On all the inbetween days it's back

to business.  I had movie theatre popcorn last night with good and plenty.

That's an amazing combo.  Turns out Walgreen's had little boxes just like the

theater.  I went there in hopes of finding good n plenty.  They don't have it

at the theatre but Walgreen's had it for a buck.  I guess I had a handfull and

threw the entire box away.  I consumed about 1/3 of my med. sized popcorn

threw the rest away.  I can't imagine eating all of that.  But then again

we had a fine dinner at 20Brix just prior to the flick.

We saw the new James Bond Movie and I didn't like it.  Nice scenery though.

I feel they fell way short.  Not believable.

The sun is out and I must say I welcome it.

Gonna work out and eat healthy today.

I want to improve on my water.  I think I should drink a tad more.

I'm off to log calories I forgot to log.

Hope you have a Terrific Tuesday 2BB and to all Lurkers!!

M&M

Good Job on the self-control!!! Cool

Water is important-- and harder for me when the weather is cooler! Laughing

* waves to all Lurkers!!! * Laughing

GOOD MCoolRN-NNIIINNNGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!! and GOOD EVE-NNIIINNNGGGGG G4G GANG-- AND ALL LURKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LaughingLaughingLaughing

Hi 2BB and whomever is reading.

I'm here to admit I've tasted sugar 4 days in a row.  Not a lot.  Just not what I had planned. Off to log it..Over all doing good.  Still determined.

MOVE AWAY FROM THE SUGAR!!! Yell

NOW!!! Surprised

There, now-- does that make you feel better? Thought so! Sooo... Stay away from it from now on! Yep, stay away unless it is ok for a Special reason, and doesn't make you unhappy-- and ONLY THEN!!! Laughing

Want you to be HAPPY!!! Laughing

Hope today is Good for All!!! Cool

* goes off to get ready to plant seeds in planting trays for greenhouse... * Laughing

lol

I need to do that 2BB and I also need to Up my raw veggie intake.  I was scoring A's and now lately B's.

What do you use for mud or do you use like a Mushroom compose?  Do, you get it in small bags or what?

I'd like to learn to make a tasty & healthy salad dressing.  I've got one on my mind.  A vinaigrette which includes cilantro but I don't know the ratios.
Not sure when I'll accomplish that but it was on my mind.

I don't know if your eating an apple a day but I've been doing that well over
a month now.  I prefer it as my last snack of the day.  I was playing cards/hearts last night and had a nice organic apple and added a protein with it.   Good.

I'm in for a quiet day.  I'll embrace it while it lasts b/c late tonight noise returns.
I will clean house which I prefer to do in a quiet atmosphere.  No one in my way. Quiet days are rare for me.

Hope your planting is a success 2BB.

*goes off to make coffee and wake up.

LOVE quiet days!!! Laughing

After raising 4 girls-- who hit their teens together!-- I Treasure days where, "Silence is Golden, Gold-en..." Wink

I'll use some purchased soil for these seeds... some are expensive-to-me to get! Surprised

I had strawberries and cottage cheese before bed last night, and a HEAVENLY delicious Japanese Persimmon yesterday-- and the Seasonal Louisiana Satsumas are enjoyed here-and-there, too... Good Stuff!!! Laughing

None of those bite much at all in calories, either! Wink

I need more veggies, too-- gonna' aim for my Favorite Stir-fry tonight... A frozen Asparagus mix cooked in my smaller non-stick wok in organic olive oil spray, seasoned with hickory smoked salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder...cooked till getting dry and brownish, then adding a small amount of water to finish cooking softer and causing the browning flavor to get in the veggies good, then 4 egg whites added to cook with it... topped with a modest dose of Parmesan cheese... yummmmmmmm.....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! High Nutrition, high fiber, high protein, LOW calorie... Large plate! Tongue out

Asparagus mix is 5 veggie servings for 125 cals, egg whites 60 cals, Parmesan whatever you want-- low cals, high taste booster! Very filling... Laughing

I use frozen fish fillets the same way, and chicken... but I do the meat part-way first... Sugar snap peas in another mix are good, too. The frozen veggie mixes with my easy-clean wok are Great! Laughing

I have to stick with simple and easy to be consistent! Wink

Your bed time snack sounds like something I'd like.   I usually do a perfect pear w/cottage cheese.

Yes, wok veggies I get in me twice a week.  I love it too.   I'm not familiar with Satsumas?!  sounds more like Japanese than Louisiana.

Have you heard any news from KK.

I enjoyed my 1st intake.
Ezekiel Toast with
Avocado.
red onion.
basil leaves.
farmers market tomato. (you can get them up until Thanksgiving time).
Extra virgin olive oil mayo made by Hellmans (not as good as the original).  Natural mustard from health food store.

I have celery and radishes in the house but I have not cleaned them up and once I do I'll add that back into my routine.

So, 2BB I'm getting back to what worked on my 1st month.  My 4 days of sugar are behind me.

I hopped on scale for fun?> Up 2 so that alone helps motivate.   My official weigh in is on Mondays so I hope those 2 are gone by that day.

Exercise is next.

:: giggle! :: Laughing

I'm going to be Blessed with fresh tomatoes all winter-- Thanks to this Lovely greenhouse... Laughing

Satsumas are akin to mandarins... small and super sweet! Tongue out

I use Hellman's Canola... don't notice difference much... thinking of creating a healthy bread recipe soon, too... more whole grain... Laughing

Couldn't afford radishes... but they're up and growing now-- I'll have some later! Good to see you back in the plan you want-- the scale motivates me, too... UndecidedLaughing

* goes out the door for potting soil... * Cool

Waaakkkkeeeee uuuupppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cool

*yawns*

SUN is out Yeah!

I've got to put it in High Gear and Go Go Go...

On track of course...I won't spin off the road.

In control.

M&M

Laughing Good!

2BB what are you hoping to see on the scale each month?

I'm expecting 1 pound a month.

I think that is attainable.

If not....gee wiz...I will come up with another plan.

Ummmm......

On the scale...??? Laughing

{{{Laughing!}}} I'LL TAKE ANYTHING!!! Wink

It is much too random for me-- only 2 weeks a month seem correct... Thanks to Tom... Grrr! YellLaughing

Ok finally someone speaking my language.  I guess when you get into your 40's you just know a few more things.  Right friend. Wink

I say all the time two weeks are correct and two aren't.

Well to my surprise I'll be ending today with 1200ishy calories.

I don't plan this stuff.  I eat when hungry and eat healthy.

I didn't do my two big work outs today....just cleaned some.

I'm guessing thats the reason I had fewer calories Oh and I slept in.  Gee,

sleeping away the need for calories appeals to me.

Sleep sounds good... early night for me! Laughing

I tend to aim for 1200 if I don't exercise, 1300/1400 if I do... sleeping late and missing either breakfast or lunch causes a lower day, too-- I try to eat enough regardless; on the average I'm above 1200 by a little. That allows me to feel confident regarding accidental mis-counting... If I'm at 1400 max, I'm fine-- so I aim for less to be sure I don't accidentally go over 1400 by mistakes... Surprised

Some things are hard to know for sure-- like an orange is pretty close if you weigh it and go by the weight for the calories, but oranges do differ... and my home-made canned soup is a guessimate, as well as the venison sausage I sometimes add to my egg/veggie stir-fry... simply have to guess some things! Over long periods of time, a Healthy diet can't be rigid and consist of only a few known items... Laughing

I simply allow a safe amount, then aim for less to cover mistakes... worked well before, so I'm doing what worked... Wink

Sweet Dreams! Laughing

* yawn! *

* Hears scratching at the door... goes to investigate-- yep! Trouble's here... shovels cat food in a pet food cup and opens door carefully, pushing him back, and places feed on deck-- Brrrr! 36 degrees out there! Going to 24 tonight, lowest yet...!   Hurries back in to type this... * Laughing

Trouble is an Old! bottle-raised-orphan, pet Raccoon that comes and goes as he pleases... missing his tail since last year from some fight, he looks like a big Koala bear... Hope your 'varmints' are Friendly, too, if you have any...! Wink

Good Morning 2BB and all Lurkers.

I feel so good this morning.

tip of the day..is brush teeth with Baking Soda keeps them whiter.

Off to brew the brew

M&M

* sipping, too! * Wink

Got a B+ today

1471 calories which included the 45 calories for a tsp. lemon cod liver oil.

Exercise.. was out & about doing errands and grocery shopping.

When I don't work out I require less calories.

Tonight, I found myself wanting sugar like everyone else here...

Instead, I went w/ clementines.  too good.

* give Congratulatory pat on back-- Good Job choosing fruit instead! * Laughing

I shopped, too-- won't go back this year if possible! Too crazy already in town! SurprisedLaughing
