Beginning weight:  189

Last week:  174

Today:  172

Total lost:  17 pounds  yea!!!

When I weigh 170.5 I will be 1/4 of the way to my goal of 115.  I think I should get a nice reward once I get a 1/4 of the way....right?  I already went to the Goodwill store and bought some smaller clothes on Wednesday afternoon.  I won't go buy them new since I plan on shrinking out of them.  Maybe I will go buy more :)  :P  Or maybe I will go buy one thing new??

Special comment: PMS, want to eat much toast and butter... what is that carve craving about? I think I will weigh again Monday morning, after my bike race just to measure water weight and impact of the high intensity exercise. I might need to up my calories a bit to offset the exercise. I have been ravenous is the morning (stomach growl, the whole bit) this past week.
Hi everyone. Indulged myself with a nice cheat meal tonight (bacon cheeseburger w/fries).  Here are my daily totals.

No exercise today, aside from the 1.09 miles of walking to get to and from my medical appt. Back to totally clean eating tomorrow.

So this is official weigh in day huh? Hmmmm, I weighed 3 lbs more, ha ha. I'm hoping it has something to do with water retention. I worked out a lot this week! Anyway, I know it will pay off, I'm not going to stress over those numbers as much. I'm going to look at clothes size. The clothes don't lie, but the scales do sometimes. Anyway, for the record, my weight was 292 this morning.

My weight has been all over this week due to TTOTM. I was like 206.5 three days ago and have been dropping a pound a day since. I must be shedding water weight or something. I'm hoping for something like 201 next week! Please! :D

I'm going for gold! 2008 is my graduation year. I want to graduate at 120 pounds, although 130 would be fine as well. I want to be STRONG (well, cardio-speaking)

 

1200 calories a day, with a little more every few days, depending on my day.

I run 3 miles whenever I can, but then eat back (or already ate over) to 1200.

And I just bought an ipod!!! So I can listen to MUSIC when I run!!!

AANNDD, I'm really excited to try the ellipticals. I have a friend who can do those for ages, as opposed to the treadmill. So, variety :)

140 - 145 pounds right now... :) I'll weigh myself tomorrow, and start Dec. 1st.

My mini goal is to simply NOT GAIN WEIGHT during the holiday season... But reaching 135 - 130 would be great too :)

Hey Dances!  Glad you made it!  I bet it feels too weird!  Moving is such a strange feeling.  Good but strange.  I hope you get some rest soon though!

 I had a rough day of eating out. I had a plan but my husbands boss grabbed us for lunch and I gave in. I worked all day cleaning my husband office. I didn't do too badly, but I haven't logged anything. I exercised 3 days in a row but missed today, but worked hard, sweating, cleaning.
I'm not going to beat myself up, I'll do better tomorrow!

Calories for yesterday (Friday, 11/30)--2756. A little higher than what I normally consume, but I have a two-hour run scheduled for Saturday morning.

Went to the gym yesterday--upper body weight training and core exercises.

I am reporting my calories from yesterday,,1203.  No exercise as usual, a little bit of housework though.  Today I have major housework to do though because I have a fellwoship group from our church coming at 6:00.  Ughhhh!  I haven't been around all week and now I need to clean up the mess....ugh!

I think the things above may double up as my new years resolution too, along with finishing the Complete works of Oscar Wilde and getting at least half way through The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (I'd go for the whole thing, but I would have to dedicate my entire year to that!).
