So I decided to have my Boca burger tonight.  Add some soy american cheese, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and lite Mayo then serve with oven fries... YUM.  Since I've been introduced to the All American Grilled Boca burger I don't crave the nasty fast food that I used to be so addicted to!!  They are so yummy!!!

My Sodium was cut by over 1000 mg from yesterdays! YAY! It's 6:00 and I've had 88 oz of water so far. Shooting for 120 oz to help with the major water retention.    Off I go to the bathroom again..............

Oh yeah... WELCOME TAMee!!!  I got so into my burger thoughts that I forgot to so HI!!

BEFORE I GO STABBING IN THE DARK

has anyone used the activity log? I've not.  I'm about to look into it...

I do, don't know how accurate it is, but at least it gives me a ballpark figure to work with.

"Little ole' Lady...WHOOOOOOO..... Yodeled all day!!! Lol!!!

Dances-with-SPOONS! In bowls of favorite cereal...!!! Surprised

Yep... I have... nice stuff there... including rebounding!!!! Laughing

* bounces off to do another hrm test... on rebounder...* Wink

CC is a good guessimate with your info in it. Hrm is my ideal for accuracy! Laughing

Opps!!! Sorry! WinkSurprised

Try CC with different weight/intensity...it changes. Also, machines that allow info in them are better guessers. Laughing

My need for a hrm is due to advice from the Nutritionist, for I can't be burning the calories I'm supposed to be burning for my age/weight/intensity... as the scale proves with a 8 month test! Laughing

Possible thyroid issues affect it for me, too. The scale is the ultimate judge... if I lose too much I'm doing too much... or too little in my case. She told me to not worry about 'eating back calories' for I'm not burning as much as the tools expect. Unless I start losing over 2 lbs. a week...! Surprised

* wish! wish! wish! * Laughing

I have my level set at sedentary and I add my activities since they vary day to day.  Today I forgot to add a couple of things and after adding them I've got a deficit of about 1200.  Might just eat some pudding while I watch some TV this evening just to put it a little closer to 1000.  The thing I like is they have a listing for "elder care" which calculates what it takes for me to care for my 12 yr old that is quadraplegic.  Lifting a 12 yr old in and out of wheelchairs and bed and the bathtub add up REALLY fast.  The one thing they DON'T have is how much I burn at the grocery store while picking out food, pushing a wheelchair, pulling a full shopping cart and chasing a 2 and 7 yr old up the aisle.... I'm guessing 10,000 cals per hour (that's my hope anyway!!)  LOL

Bottom line... you do burn more when heavier... my burn rate is steadily dropping... and final lbs. are slow-to-go... Yell

Follow your scale results... they tell you if you are doing too much or too little, when you're eating healthy. Laughing

tamleech... it's in there! sorta'... One of the categories had it... Wink

P.S.-- Watch out for yodelers when they're HAPPY!!! SurprisedLaughing

Edited for spelling goof.
