8:52pm and I am still in my jammies.

Cereal for breakfast. Cereal for lunch. Cereal for snack.

Dinner: hardboiled egg whites, butternut squash, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, artichoke. (14 servings of veggies for dinner, by the way!)

And can I please complain just a little about my hideously-dreadful TOM cramps? Thanks.

=^..^= MOLLY

I hear that Molly!  I take a good day off each month for that....I can't even make it through two nights of it.

Sounds like Ah-spa is in order :)

Hey all, I just got back from my trainer and I'm really excited!!!!!!!!!!!! He said that I had made so much improvement and he was impressed. I didn't even notice it but he told me a couple of things that he didn't do tonight that he usually does to help me out but he said I did it all on my own--which I did!!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting so strong! Wow, I'm so amazed and it feels so good! Good good to be strong in the neighborhood! yea yea yea --dancing dancing !!! ooooo----yea---oooooyea

Pj's all the time--if I could I would--and the organic cotton sounds really nice? Never tried it on before myself!

Nutrition: B plus

Exercise: weights with personal trainer

Goodnight! I will probably check in a million times tomorrow as I'm off work!

* laughing at "soupy" and "organic cotton!" *

As for the Healing-- I don't really wanna' be so wordy, lol!!! However, I was  a wittle-bitty-bit-high on those endorphins I'd built up...! SurprisedWink

I don't push my Faith on others...and fear offending anyone... but the Joy just has to have some room sometimes-- when the flood-gates of memory wash over-- it is rather strong, lol! Wink

I don't want to forget being told I wouldn't have 7 years... over 15 years ago! Every day is beautiful, and today was just extra special... Laughing

Good night, Gang! As I'd hoped earlier, It WAS a GREAT DAY!!! Laughing

Wooo Hoooo!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

You're just getting paid for all your hard work, Boots!!! Laughing

Congratulations!!! GOOD JOB!!!! LaughingLaughingLaughing

2bb- your walk down memory lane was a huge inspiration, and you don't ever have to appologize for sharing good news, even non-believers can appreciate the joy you have let us read. (since I am a Christian...I say Praise God!!)

Booster1-thank you for the encouragement. Part of my problem has been trying to weigh in on Monday's too as part of another forum. From now on they are going to get my Friday weight on Monday, I will be much happier not seeing my scale so often.

Forks- I live in my jammies while at home. I think preacherboy gets tired of seeing them...lol. I don't go outside in them but I do walk on the treadmill in them, I tried to wear my slippers on the treadmill but they were a safety hazard I think so I put my tennis shoes back on.

RG- I am usually tired just to read what you do in the average day!!

Molly- I had oatmeal all three meals yesterday!! I had to eat some other foods to so I could get enough sodium. Funny if I only eat oatmeal, peanut butter and whey shakes with strawberries all day, I only get 202 grams of sodium a day. I am sooooo use to avoiding sodium, I find it kinda hard to find high sodium items in my tagged items. Bought Light tostitos lastnight, they aren't even very saltyUndecided so I had some salsa with 240 mg in 2 tbs., that'll do itLaughing

Tamleech- there was a point where we had lost the same amount you passed me up a while ago!!!! Great Job, still happy for you, even though you have skunked me.

2BB...  LOVE your story!!!  My daughter is 12 yrs old and I have to tell you that we have never stopped praying for that same miracle for her.  I know that God is so Awesome and so much bigger than our brains can ever imagine and it's SO wonderful to hear a story to remind me of that.  WOOHOOO for 2BB!!!  How inspirational.

Forks...  I have to say that PJ's are SOOOOO comfy and I wear my house shoes all the time too.  Not to the store or anything like that, but I do wear them every other moment of the day... my feet like being free to breath!!!  lol

Boots... YAY for all of your progress!!!!  That is so great that your trainer has already noticed results!

Soupy (since that name seems to have stuck with us)...  WELCOME!!

4sq...  I would love to be able to exercise the way you do though.  That is worth a whole lot while getting healthy!!

GOOD MORN-NIINNNGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

Gonna' be another Wonderful day for the Going for Gold Gang!!!! Laughing

WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! LaughingLaughingLaughing

"Yip-pit-ty-do-dah-

Yip-pit-ty day...!

My, Oh, my! What a WONDERFUL DAY!!!!" Laughing

* wondering...how long do endorphin highs last...? ...giggle...they're FUN! Just gotta' LOVE good exercise...! * Wink

p.s.-- tamleech-- praying!

Missin' ya'...!!! Laughing

Hey I need some extra encouragement. I'm gonna start keeping in touch with you guys, you all seem to do so much better with this group and I would like to join. I'm 24 yrs old my current weight is 147 and my ultimate goal is to get down to 130.. These are the hardest to lose..I'm going to commit to eating more healthy and working out more regularly. I just had a little girl in sept and have lost the pregnancy weight, but I want to get to my goal. I normally do good during the day, but my down fall is at night when I get off work I munch..and munch..Ahhh! One day at a time I guess.

Hi! blondee7177!!! Laughing

Welcome to the Gang!!! Laughing

The Boss, Forks, will welcome you when she sees you're here, so I'm just a fill-in till she does... You'll enjoy her, I'm sure!Wink Laughing

The last pounds are tough-- I've never made it all-the-way, so I understand how difficult it can be! Grrr!!! It is SOOO frustrating! Ranting in Molly's thread might ease your aggravation sometimes-- I highly recommend it! She says it burns calories too, lol! Surprised

Good Job with the weight you've already lost! That's not easy, either! Laughing

Glad you're here-- feel free ta' make yourself, "Right at Home!" Wink

Hey 2bb, I saw that you have some cats in your gallery..I love cats and they are super cute.  Thanks also for the warm invite, I'm really excited to get going with you all, If nothing else to keep in touch with others will help me stay motivated.  Hey any suggestions for the nightime munchies?  I try not eat past 730ish, but i can't...I feel like my stomach is eating it's self!!

Hi!

I have those, too... lol! I allow light stuff like fruit for that time, and it seems to work fine. I follow 5-6 mini-meals to avoid being too hungry, and save part of my fruit for that last one, as it fills and leaves pretty quickly, lol! Wink

I just thought... the Boss is a 'Night-Owl,' so she might be able to help when she shows up...

Hey, BOSS...!!!! Wake up!!!! Surprised

* wonder if she's "sleep-walking' today...! hehe! Won't burn any calories, I fear...*

* looks towards Banjo...ummm! Doesn't sound a bit better, either-- haven't practiced lately.........* Surprised

(Edited--twice!!-- for extra idea(s)...hehe!)

Yeah I'm a big time night owl.. on a typical night I go to bed at 1230..  I tried getting that Natural's popcorn by orville reddenbaker..it's so good and since they are mini bags at around 20-30 calories I feel like I'm doing a little better.. but I just need to stop after that.. It's not that I'm binging, but I do get the munchies. I wouldn't have felt so guilty, but I didn't get a workout in yesterday..I'm trying to train for a 1/2 marathon in sept, ( and I'm not a runner, I just thought it would be such a great experience) I wanted to run yesterday but it was -50below!!!!!Surprised my car wouldn't even start.  I had to get a jump.  Stupidly cold..I'm moving farther south Smile

Come on down...hehe! Laughing

Southern Mississippi, here...!!! Wink

Southern Hospitality is good stuf',lol! Laughing

Allowing for the munchies is allowing yourself a chance to really make it long-term in a Healthy Life-Style-- if you're hungry, food is ok-- just 'budget' for it and enjoy it! It's not 'Evil' and may be good for you emotionally, too. Physical health isn't all that matters-- something light and satisfying could just be good for you! I've heard a LOT about the wisdom of just learning to listen to our body... Wink
