Hi all, I've been gone so long... and I gained 2 lbs! I really need to get back on track. I had a BR 4 weeks ago so I still can't really exercise. Do you think I can lose weight while not exercising? I don't.

Sure you can. It will be harder and longer, but it is possible. When I first started on CC, I didn't want to be overwhelmed with things to do, so I just concentrated on the right amount of calories.

Calories are calories. If your deficit is 500-800, you should be losing weight.
It is much much healthier in the long run to do it with exercise, but if you can't exercise, just enough calories to be at your deficit each day.

thanks for then encouragement! I am doing good so far for my first day back.
I read awhile back (I think it was 4-5 months ago) about your questions for your BR---how did that go? You said that it has been four weeks---how you holding up now? Are you glad that you did it? Have you been in alot of pain or anything? How long did you have to take off of work?
