Been gone a LONG time...

So I took a break from the program after getting to stage 3 and gaining 10 pounds in the process. So far I've dropped about 8 of those 10 and just working off the last few before starting back up. I think what I realized is there is just NO way for me to eat their amount of recommended calories without gaining weight so I'm actually doing weight watchers, but then starting the program at the same time so, we'll see how that goes. Anyway, I'm hoping to get myself going all over again and be motivated to do it all starting from the beginning. So...on Monday I'll start stage 1 again and work my way through! I miss all the support from this group! It's alot harder on your own!!

Welcome back!

I too eat a bit less than the recommended amount, but definitely more than I used to when I was working out more (but no "real" weights). Go figure...
