I've lost 8.5 lbs. since the first of the year. I am feeling better every day. I am going mountain biking in four inches of snow today to celebrate. Insane is good. Extreme sports rule!!!
yeah its about that for me too..
I joined this site on the 2nd, but didn't get serious until 2 weeks ago.  I've lost 5 lbs. since then, so I'm 1/13th of the way toward my goal!  Very exciting....
I started my New Year's resolution the day after Christmas and saw the number on the scale (Yikes!)... but I'm down 9 lbs!  Yeah for us!!!!
I started sometime in November 1 (just after my new year) and have rid myself of 9.9 lbs of un-necessary fat. Yeah for all of us!
I've put weight on even though I'm eating healthily.

I'm gad you're all successful though :)
I started with c-c on the 15th, but have been watching what I eat since the 1st week in Jan.  I've lost 8 ibs. and feel great.  It is the 1st time I can really see myself losing weight and feeling good!  I love all of the support too!!
I too started in october and I've lost 11lbs :D woop woop! I'm on foranother 41 like. roll on June. or hopefully not ROLL on as such. I hope to be roll-less.
I started in December and since then I have lost 12 pounds. And as of the new year about 5 more pounds. So about 17 pounds in total.
Hmm, I think I've lost 7 so far.  But I started long ago, so none of that first week dieting huge loss thing.  Plus I didn't start right on the first, more like the 4'th or so.
I started on Dec 28.  Since then I have lost 12lbs.  It feels good and I'm having no probs with crabings.....yet!  I can actually see me doing it this time!
WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!!!!

I started Jan 2, and joined CC the next week, and I'm proud to say as of this morning, I am down 10lbs!
I started (again) on December 28th and I'm down 14.

Me too!!

I started a serious change in diet AND exercise on 1/2/07. As of this morning I'm down 8 pounds!! I've got 18 more to go and I'm actually psyched to keep it going!  I found CC probably a few days after starting because I wanted to see how many calories were in something and it brought me to this site. I LOVE the tools and the motivation!  I've been to the gym everyday since 1/2 except for yesterday. I tried, but the day was just too busy and the gym is not open late on sundays!!! Great going to everyone who is sticking to their New Year's resolution!!
I started little late Jan. 8. Started keeping food log on here Jan. 14 this morning down 4 pounds.  2 last week and 2 the week before.  Not quite 10 but getting there.  Great job everybody!
Started Jan 1.   Down 12 pounds!!  Down one pants size.
Congrats to all, keep up the good work!
I also started Jan. 1st....and 10 lbs gone!! (1/3 gone, 20 lbs. to goal) I keep reminding myself that "shorts season" is just around the corner, and I want to look good.  ;)

I just hit 10.1 down today.  I thought I had until June to lose the other 35 pounds (vegas trip = swim suit) now it turns out I'm going on a cruise at the end of March..  I'm really hoping I'll at least lose another 20 before then, I just hope expecting to lose 10 pounds a month consistantly isn't setting myself up for failure. [fingers crossed]
dropped 14 pounds since Jan.4, but I am sure I will slow down to 2 or 3 lbs. a week from here on.
