18 Pounds Gone! Started CC May 5th

Quote  |  Reply

I'm happy to report that I have lost 18 pounds as of this morning. :) I began CC on May 5th. I walk 5 times each week, up to a mile. I began light strength training with free weights two weeks ago.

I stay around 1500 - 1800 calories per day and take a free day once a day on the weekend. I have one meal where I get what I want, and one dessert. I make sure to walk a little further on my free days doing some inclines on the treadmill.

So far, so good. I can't believe I could even do it! Thanks CC!! All of you lovely people who have helped keep me on track.

My stats: 40 yo

Starting Weight: 311 pounds

Current: 293 pounds

Goal: 150

Great job! 18lbs in a month and a half is amazing :)

Thanks! I have a long way to go but I feel more confident than ever before. CC is the best result I have ever had in all my dieting trials. ::knocking on wood: lol

I do love this diet. More of a way of life. I feel more in control, than out of control like I did on other types of plans. Then the accountability factor of logging my food. It becomes a pain, but it really keeps me honest.

Congrats! I wish I could say the same! I've been stuck lately! =(

That's awesome! It's a great feeling to see your hard work paying off. :O)

Congrats.  You have made a great start.  It is tough to stay th ecourse, but sounds like you have a reasonable plan.  I am dieting again, remembering the times past when I made a good start, fell off the "wagon" at a social event and then continued with my former lifestyle, no exercise, wine, rich food.  I have made a solid goal for myself this year and hope that I have learned my lessons.

Question.  What is CC?

Good for you! I agree that CC+ is wonderful. Keep up the good work and let us know how things go for you. Congratulations!
