This has gone well!
I feel like I have been neglecting the group! But I haven't been on the site as much because what I eat has become something that I don't have to do a lot of thinking about. My goal weight is 95, but I am quite content as I am now, at 104 today. Size 2 jeans are fitting beautifully. I still want to get the extra squish off, but at this point, I am just keeping on eating the same way I have been, keeping up the exercise, and not really giving my weight or my diet much thought, if that makes sense. I know what works for me, and that's what I do. It's nice-- I don't feel like I'm on a perpetual diet, this is just the way I eat.
Even with the Halloween candy, it wasn't like, I can't have that, I'm on a diet. My sweet kiddos keep offering it to me, and I just say "Thank you, my wonderful sniglet, but I don't eat a lot of candy!"
I seem to be losing a pound every 2 weeks now instead of a pound a week. I'm going to have to totally recalculate when I am ready to stop losing and maintain and figure out how much to eat to not gain but not lose! And I'm very glad to be at a point where I am even thinking about that time!

Congrats! All that hard work paid off and it's cool to see that it does get easier. That's a huge motivator for me so thanks for the reminder. Way to go for you! Hope you'll drop in every now and again though =)

I'll still be around for sure. Still getting off the last little bit, and I enjoy both this group and the main forums. Plus, when it comes maintenance time I will be clueless and needing to log daily again to see what does the trick!
