Hi, my name is Kaycie and I'm thirty one years old. I have two children...a twelve year old girl and a 9 year old boy. I have struggled with weight since my second pregnancy. I gained only 18 pounds during my first pregnancy and lost it within 6 weeks and was back to my original size. During my second pregnancy I gained 45 pounds which I had a terrible time losing. Since that time I have yo-yo'd between 120 and 160 pounds. I know the weight loss and gain cycle is uhealthy and I know that there is no way I can maintain 120 pounds in a healthy way so my goal is to reach 135 and finally STAY there. I stepped on the scale yesterday and saw that I weigh 160.4 pounds and I just wanted to cry. None of my clothes fit and my self confidence is very low. I'm currently looking for a job (which is hard enough anyway these days) and my poor self confidence is making it difficult to really sell myself in the job market. It is also effecting my relationships with friends because I don't want to go out and do things since it requires trying to get dressed in something that looks decent on me. Anyway, yesterdays weigh in was the last straw for me and I know I really need to make some changes in order to improve my health and my life. So I found this site and it seems to offer alot of helpful tools and support and the accountability that I need.
Sorry for the super long post...but just wanted to give everyone an idea of where I'm coming from. I look forward to getting to know you and giving and getting support : ) It's nice to know I'm not alone in this.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
