Is there a really good behavioral eating book out there?
Asked by anonymous on Oct 25, 2008 in Emotional & Behavioral Issues

I find that no matter what, when I try to lose weight, I always fall back into my comfort zone.  I am so tired of this weight!  How does one genuinely change bad behavior for the rest of your life?

Answer

One of my favorite books is Thin for Life: 10 Keys to Success from People Who Have Lost Weight and Kept It Off by Anne Fletcher, RD.  The author interviewed hundreds of successful dieters and she shares their many creative solutions to everyday challenges. Dieting is about step-by-step changes, not about magic, and after you read about these 800 successful losers, you will see that you can do it too - step-by-step.
