Good breakfast
About 3 months ago I started eating breakfast everyday, since everyone says it's good for you. I realized I have gone through phases of what I eat: toast and peanut butter, fiber one cereal with silk, morning star mini corn dogs, and slim fast. I cycle through this every coupd of weeks. I have grown bored and I am looking for a low cal breakfast that will fill me up for a few hours. As a side note I hate oatmeal.
What do you eat for breakfast?
Fat free milk, kashi cereal, and an orange.
Fat free milk and kashi waffles, and an orange.
Fruit/Cottage cheese pancakes (1 large egg, 1/4 cup eggwhites, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 oats, baking powder; one large strawberry or a few slices of banana)
Banana mixed with oats and a greek yogurt
All natural peanut putter sandwhich on whole grain bread and fat free milk.
I normally eat one meal when I wake up and then another 2 hours another type meal from the list above.
