no pudge brand..

Take a prepackaged cake mix (from any grocery store, Betty Crocker, etc) and instead of using the ingredients listed on the back like eggs or oil, mix it with a can of diet coke. Works best with a chocolate or fudge mix. For whiter mixes like lemon powder or vanilla, mix in a can of diet 7up. Frostin- coolwhip and dry sugar free pudding mix.

Yum Yum Brownie Muffins

(1 Muffin, or 3 minis - 180 calories, 2.5g fat, 37 carbs, 2.5g, fiber, 2.5g protein - 3 WW points)

This super-simple 2-ingredient recipe is a Weight Watchers Fave!

1 box devil?s food cake mix
1 can solid pack pumpkin (15 oz.)

Directions:
Mix the two ingredients together. Don't add anything else that may be mentioned on the box, such as eggs, oil, or water. The mixture will be very thick and you will be tempted to add in other things to make the batter smoother. DO NOT DO THIS AS IT WILL RUIN EVERYTHING! Place batter into muffin tins (or mini muffin tins) lined with paper, or sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 regular or 36 mini muffins.

hope this helps?
NO PUDGE brand
I second that!  They have a bunch of varieties and they are all good.  You can make the whole box or, like I do, individual ones.  Just a couple of scoops of mix and a little bit of vanilla yogart warmed in the microwave.  YUM!  And I am not easy to please when it comes to brownies.
Enjoy.
well, I have the best homemade brownie recipe EVER!! but I'm not sure about the nutritional facts. I don't think I want to know, but I personally tried the no pudge brand and hated it. So did my family. The one I use is:

4 whole squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
3/4 c butter (melt these 2 together then mix each ingredient in order as listed)
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
(optional and highly recommended) 1/2 c- 1 c semisweet choc chips

bake in 9x9 pan for 30-35 min at 350 for awesome thick fudgy brownies!! a nice treat after being good all week long!!
