Good bye...to 60 lbs

After stepping on the scale this morning I am officially saying goodbye to 60 lbs forever.   I have 34 lbs to go to get to my original goal.  When I started this journey in January I wondered how I would feel when I was at this point... And it feels great! 

For almost a month I plateaued at 197.  The this week I saw 3 lbs drop.  Does this happen to anyone else?  

I love hearing about everyones successes too... How much have you lost?

I'm still at my measly 15lbs lost, but I'm trying to whup my butt right back into shape so I can get rid of these next 85! :)

Congratulations Kitty Katz! 60 lbs is a great accomplishment. Almost everyone plateaus. The key is preserverance. Keep up the good work.

well, kinda... Aug 2005 when i first found CC, I lost 30lbs in 3 months, just in time for my 2nd anniversary with my bf. I bought the dress for a night out on the town. You can't see it in the picture because of the angle and the shape of the mannequin, but the halter part is actually slit right down to the belly button and held together about 2 inches apart at the bust. I wanted it because I worked really hard on my body to get to that point and I wanted to show it off! lol

Congrats Kitty!!!!  what a great accomplishment and we're all very proud of you !!! to date I've lost about 18-19lbs with 7lbs to go to get to my target weight. My goal is to fit into the 501 Levi's I wore when I first met my hubby 12 years ago.  Hubby, on the other hand, has gained a measly 10lbs since that time.. I, on the other hand, gained 35lbs! MEN!!!!! lol.

I've experienced the plateau-drop thing. I plateaued for four months at 157 and then last week I weighed myself and I was 153 :-D It was so exciting!

So at 153, I've lost 30 lbs, since April :)

Frogkissin, congrats on being so close to your goal.. My husband and I also met a little over 12 years ago too.
