Good-bye Summer 2007. Lbs And Inches Lost?
It's September already! How did you do this Summer? I lost 10 lbs and 9 inches. I'm going to challenge myself to lose 10 more lbs before Thanksgiving.
9 inches!!!!!????? wow!!!! - i lost 11 lbs put 1 back on somehow and lost 3 inches in total - 1 off waist and 2 off hips none off bust
I lost my inches from a very strenuous walking program, up to 10 miles a day, most days. I'm backing off now, and going to try to do just 5 miles a day, 3 - 4 days a week now.

i have lost 6.5 lbs and 9.5 inches (including my chest, breast, waist, hips, thighs, calf and upper arm) since mid may 2007.. Overall since May of 2006 I have lost about 50 inches and 80 lbs :)
my goal is another 3.5 lbs .. which i hope to reach by the end of september.. although it comes off so slowly at this point.. but i also want this belly to go away, lol.. would like to see my natural waist measurement come down from 30.25 to maybe 27? (in my dreams, lol) and my BELLY measurement to go down from 34.25 to say closer to 30? my hips and breasts are at 36.75 both, so maybe if they were 36 even? dont know how long that will take, or if it will even happen.. maybe that will happen by november..
I stopped fluctuating in my weight, which I consider to be a big accomplishment. I'm always between 180 and 195, and it's been a week since my weight has gone over 178, which I'm very proud of.
I've also learned how to eat better, and to eat more. I used to eat too little (hense me NEVER losing a pound), and it was still the wrong foods. I'll take that accomplishment over a pound any day.
Aaaaaand while we're at it, I've lost about 8 inches off my waist over the summer. :D I didn't measure my hiney, though.
6/7 lbs as of today and ~3.5 inches as of august 12. i'll measure again around sept 12 but i think its probably around 5 inches now. :)
BY THANKSGIVING--hopefully somewhere between 130 and 135 lbs! i'm 139/140 right now.
12 pounds since mid-July. Didn't measure inches, but I fit in all my skinny pants (size 6 / 8), and the fat pants (size 10 / 12) are definitely out. Am at 151.5 now (5'7.5") and will continue till October 15th when we hike into and back out of the Grand Canyon. I figure that every pound I loose between now and then doesn't need to be carried back up. Will go on maintenance then, will keep counting and not creep back up like over the last 5 years where I went from 147 or so to a pant busting 165.
i've lost 15 lbs this summer. 31 this year. i've lost 5 inches total and dropped from a 14/15 pants size to a 10. :)

since late july i have lost 8 pounds.i don't know how many inches because i just took measurements yesterday for the first time. I am hoping to lose 10-15 more pounds by the end of the year!

Since the 18th of July I've lost 12.4 pounds. =D

50 pounds since June 4th.
I started as a tight size 22 (ugh!) and tonight, bought a 12/14 dress that fits GREAT! From the JUNIORS department, no less!!!
Inches I don't know... I got measured, but I don't have the numbers in front of me. I'm going to have to look them up!
I lost 8 pounds and my favorite jeans (they're a size 4 but cut big... but now they don't fit!)

I didn't exactly lose weight, but over the summer, with MAJOR help from this website, I've COMPLETELY changed pretty much every aspect of my brain with everything from body image to self control to my calorie restriction. I realized I'm not fat, toning is my best friend, no matter how many cookies I eat, I'll still want more, I will only get the body I want when I love myself, etc. I think of that as a REALLY GOOD accomplishment.
Rachelrobin, how long did it take you to walk 10 miles a day? I LOVE walking, but I don't have time to do that much!
I did my ten miles a day in five walking sessions. Total time approximately 3 hours a day. If I was working, there would just be no way I could have done that! My whole summer was basically spent walking. But was it ever worth it! :)

45lbs since may 22nd
I found CC on June 28 and have lost 20 pounds up until now. Want to lose 10 more and then not gain it back! This is the most sensible weight loss plan I have ever used. Just good choices, moderation in all things and support from all you guys. Thanks!
I wish i measured my self! but since march 14, i lost 17 pounds and my size 4, (and 28 pants) are both loose on me now! like i can pullthem down thats how awesome it is haha.
im down to about 128, adn that was last week.

25 at the waist, andd 36.5 on the butt (sadly i was blessed with a humongous ass :()
