I'm having such a hard time with the amount of carbs I'm having.
Although, the carbs I'm having are all considered 'good' carbs, low on the GI food chart, and full of vitamins etc.
I range anywhere between 60-65%. I can't seem to get any lower than that. I eat a lot of old fashioned oatmeal, apples, bananas, non-fat yogurt, baked potato with nothing on it, sweet potato with nothing on it, very high fiber cereal, (All Bran) and fresh berries w/ peaches.
I get my protein from chicken/turkey/egg beaters. Fat's from almonds and a few other things
Everything else on the pie chart is right on.
Do I have to be careful how many 'good' carbs I'm consuming?
I do 60 minutes of circuit training a day--combination cardio/weights

If you are losing weight I would not worry about it sounds to me like you are doing GREAT!
Actually, I should have mentioned that I'm NOT losing weight. I lose 2-3 pounds and then things just shut down. I've been doing everything that I'm suppose to be doing --- I'm 'stuck'
The only thing that seems 'out of whack' is the carbs.

It could be the type of carbs you are eating - sounds generally the same to me. Oats/cereal, starches (potatoes), fruits (sugar). Where are the fresh vegetables? Lettuce (romaine), tomatoes, celery, corn, peas, zucchini? I don't see anything like that, and these are some of the most nutritious foods you could eat (see any analysis of any of those)! And those have a lot of fiber as well, especially as you'd need to eat more of them to up the calories.
I am dealing with the same thing (check out my journal for details) get my good carbs from whole grains. I have gaiouned 3 pounds in the past week so I have decided to cut down on the carbs and incorporate more veggies and fruits.
Wish us luck!

Thanks so much for the comments everyone.
I thought I was doing a 'good' job with my food choices. I actually do eat a LOT of fresh veg. (tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, broccoli, squash, green beans, peas, and zuccini)
I think I'm just really confused on the good carb/bad carb concept and also the foods that are considered "good" on the low Glycemic food index chart.
I'm eating those types of carbs but obviously they aren't 'good' for me or things wouldn't have stopped.
Again, thanks for the help :-)
