Is it good to eat protein bars before working out?

I was wondering if it's good to eat a 20 gram Cliff protein bar before I work out.
Answer
Before your workout, it's better to drink water and a high-carbohydrate beverage like 100% juice, skim milk or a sports drink, as you prefer. Nutritionwise, a Cliff protein bar is better for after your workout, along with additional food for most people.
