Hey All! Yet another newbie here =]

I'm 21, living in Scotland. I've been overweight all my life, and this is the first time I feel like I will have the real commitment to see a weight loss plan through, but it always helps to have a little motivation along the path!

My biggest weight loss problem is I am the fussiest eater in the world, which makes it difficult to follow set meal plans. I'm hoping that changing my lifestyle to help me lose wieght may also help introduce me to new foods too!

I'm 5ft 3, and currently sitting at 189 pounds. (UK size 16/18) I want to lose weight to be healthy, so I'm looking at losing approx 50 pounds, but over a long period of time.

I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all! I just hope my enthusiasm keeps up!

Welcome.....It's great that you've decided to do something while you are young.  If you stick with it you are setting yourself up for a much healthier life. 

There is a lot of help here.....just ask.
