I'm tired of looking in the mirror and feeling like an Ant.  I feel like my butt is not proportionate to my body.  I also feel like I have a saggy butt, and I want it more round again! 

I haven't been as active as I could be lately due to a full time job and 3 young kids, but I'm ready to make a change!  What activities/exercises should I do that will help tone up my butt FAST?  How long before I can expect to see results?  Thanks for ANY advice you have! Laughing

l don't have any advice on how to shrink a butt, but it is just funny to me that you say you havent been as active as you should, but now that you are ready, you want your butt to shrink right away!

You won't be able to spot burn, but you can do things like squats, lunges, and most especially deadlifts. My butt definitely feels, well, not smaller, but higher since I started getting into it.

Other than that, general fat loss (by a calorie deficit) will eventually lead to a smaller butt, depending on when your body decides to let it go.

Squats, lunges and deadlifts...and you might want to try kickbacks too...they all work. The heavier the weights you can use, the more toned and rounder your butt will be.  These exercises are also great for general weight loss as well, because they exercise the largest muscle groups in the body and burn lots of calories.  They will also tone your legs from top to bottom..you can't lose!!!

A few before and after pictures would be nice...lol....

I was told by a coworker that I have "No butt anymore" - not sure if that is a good or a bad thing ;)

All I did was count my calories and start running.  I think I'm lucky as the weight falls off my tush faster than anywhere else tho.

Thank you for all the advice!  Yeah, I'm probably a little impatient and I know it will take time to get my butt toned.  But hey, might as well put all that energy into action while I have it, lol!

running up hills will do it or on a treadmill with a incline.
