I know not very healthy but at least I stayed inside my cal. allotment for today.
calorie wise you did fine, but are you watching your fat intake? are you getting enough fiber and protein? you might want to think about having a diet tea, and use those calories for something healthy like fruit or vegetables. do you post all the food you eat? if you do, you can find out how much fat, protein, etc that you are consuming.
It's okay if your only goal is to stay within your calorie target, but it's not very healthy at all. I don't see any fruit or vegetables whatsoever. But you also didn't describe what you had for your main meals.
You must be eating really small portions because all of those items are very calorie-dense, or at least the way I'm imagining them...
Watch for the nutrient proportions, keep it at about 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. The menu looks like to much carbs but that depends on how much you had of every item.
Also there are no veggies or fruit and you should include some.
Are you sure about the calories in the graham crackers? Seems like it should be more than 17 calories to me!
Also, like others said, you're really lacking in fruits, veggies & nutritional foods. I didn't do any calculating but it looks like your foods are pretty high sodium, too.
you're only at 1068 calories, so you're missing almost 250, which could easily be an apple, 1/2 a banana, a salad, and a side of veggies....that would balance out your day pretty well. 1 small rectangle of a graham crackers is hardly a snack. your breakfast could also be a bit more balanced, maybe try having 1/2 a bagel with a hard boiled egg and skip the cream cheese and use jam, light butter, or have it dry topped with an egg.
hope this helps.
