I've been struggling to hit my calorie intake target for the past few weeks. Sometimes I overshoot it quite a bit and sometimes I'm pretty close. I've been losing weight, but mostly because I'm religious about my gym attendance.

But today, I'm going to do it! No going over, no feeling guilty! I'm going to finish out the day in style.

Besides, it's yoga day! And I love yoga.

So how did you do? Did you hit your target?
I did, thanks for asking! And to celebrate, I went to bed early.

After yoga, it's always nice to just crawl in bed and let my newly stretched muscles just melt.

Today was a little tougher, and I went over by 150, but I'm still quite proud of myself.

We've got to celebrate the small victories, especially when we're looking at a long (and I mean long) road ahead of us.
