Good, lean sources of calcium?
I'm a breastfeeding mom with a great love for dairy and I used to think my usual liter of milk & buttermilk a day was more than enough for me and my baby. This site, however, keeps telling me I'm below my RDA for calcium every day and this is without subtracting what my daughter takes from me!
I was actually going to cut down on the dairy a bit (sooo many calories... I'm far from starving myself and my baby, don't worry!) What else can I eat that has loads and loads of calcium? I can only think of oranges (and I eat one evry day) and sardines (which I don't particularly like, unlike all other fish).
Thanks!

try unsweetened almond milk (Almond Breeze). it's got a good amount of calcium, only 40 cals per cup. great in smoothies, or whatever.
