Well i just got done with lunch and it's a new one for me....Let me know what you guy's think....

I had half a sweet potato, 2 cups fresh steemed broccoli, 2 slices of deli turykey breast, about 10 squirts I can't believe it's not butter, and a small pinch of salt..... So

Good lunch? or Bad lunch?

You seem to have got all the main food groups.  Deli cooked turkey and butter spray could be a little salty but otherwise it sounds OK.

do you like the spray as much as the solid form of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter?

I didn't know there was a solid form....I like it on things that arn't hot better then butter just because it spreads it's self. And it's pretty good at just getting a little bit on all my veggies

in my book: good lunch! :-) would substitute all wanna be butter products with pure olive oil though...

Aren't we supposed to have a certain amount of sodium? I think if you drink enough water, a little salt ain't gonna hurt you. Enjoy your food! Looks like a wonderfully healthy meal to me.
