Any good lunch spots in Ottawa, ON?

I'm meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow, and would prefer not to visit a chain like Montana's, East Side Mario's, Swiss Chalet, Boston Pizza, etc. because I'm getting pretty bored of these restaurants and always sticking to the same few things that are healthy and low cal.

Anybody have any idea of good places that would change my routine?

Where did you eat?

We ended up in the market at Heart & Crown. I had brushetta and a light beer. My friend insisted we go there.

However, we were like right across Blue Cactus and plan on going there when we have more money.

The Blue Cactus is a bit pricier but excellent food!!

I really think I'll be trying it out next time we go for food. I really think I should go to the market more often as there are no chain restaurants there.
