If I added them up correctly, I only got 1626.  I would think you could add another snack in there. 200 or 300 more calories.  How did you arrive at how many calories you need to maintain?

I would agree that it doesn't appear to be enough calories to be a maintenance meal plan, especially if you are a teen.    You can definitely afford to add in another snack and maybe some more calories for lunch...

Sure its good for maintaining..... if you're a 30 year old sedentary female that weighs 100 pounds

Is it good for you? Not even close.  Add another 1000 (the 3rd 0 is not a mistake - one thousand) and get your calories up to 2500-2700 and you'll be good on maintaining for a male teen that is active.

Use the above link to answer your question.  You'd be classed as 'moderate' activity... about an hour a day covers normal daily teenage life plus the exercise you mention.  The number you'll read off is 2540... which means you need 3000+ cals a day, every day to start gaining.  You should drop the jogging (which is only burning off valuable energy) in favour of light strengthening exercises which will help you convert the extra energy to muscle.

Currently, you're very underweight by at least 15lbs.  You should really talk to your parents and then go see a doctor for a physical check because you may have underlying medical/mental health issues that need treatment.   There are dietician and other support services available to help you get back to health. You may well be advised to avoid physical exercise all together until you are a safer weight.... your heart may be weakened for example.
