Well, if you want the dirt on how, here goes...
I got MAD! I was so frustrated, that after the tears came the anger! I yelled at my self, (maybe not the most positive thing to do..;) And gave myself 1 big psychic kick in the tail and decided that I have to be my motivation!!! I felt rejected after a forum post, and decided, ok then, I want this more than I dislike your answer. I got off my a** too lol. that helps lol! I am a survivor, and when I am left to my own devices, I go into survival mode. I did just that, I wanted this so bad that I got up off my butt and got moving again. Now I feel much better, and I think exercise truly does help deal with stress. Maybe anger isnt the best motivator, but for me all spitfire, it worked. But dont get me wrong! I love positive motivation too! But I decided that I wasn't going to be the brunt of any more jokes. It was my method for this slump.. Hopefully I wont be needed the anger philosophy in the future lol. But emotions are powerful things, they can imprison you, or free you, its up to you to decide.

GOOD JOB!! :)
Hiya Clever - I love that totally negative speech - LOL! It's surely motivating me. I mean, if I want to break my plateau I will probably just have to not cheat - ick. By the way, when did you post those pics! Love putting faces to screen names - and your daughter is totally beautiful, as I'm sure you know. Keep it up!
Oh God! I didnt mean to sound that way! Negative and all! But you know, sad thing is, it worked... Maybe in the future I can redeem myself by listening to more positive motivations lol! And thanks about the pics, yea, Gabi agreed to buy a shotgun for her 11th birthday!
Congratulations!!!

AMANDA! you blew the surprise. Now she is not going to open the door for me on that day!! And she will hide her boyfriends!
