This is sort of random, but I've been eating this almost every day and I really like it. You take a serving of oatmeal and cook in water, soymilk or apple juice on the stove until it's really thick (or how you like it.) Then you add a diced apple, a drizzle of agave nectar, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Sometimes, I add blueberries or raisins along with the apple.
My schedule prevents me from eating until 5 hours after breakfast, and this keeps me full the whole time (I usually drink it w/ a glass of soy or almond milk though.) Yum!

I like to cook my oatmea in diet root beer, it gives it an absolutely perfect creamy consistency and flavor. :D
