Vegetables, wholegrain and other whole foods fit the bill best.  Fill half your plate with vegetables/salads at each meal as a starting point to get your fibre up.  Choose low-sugar high-fibre breakfast cereals like porridge oats or sugar-free muesli.   Use beans, chickpeas and lentils as the base for meals.  Switch from white bread, rice and pasta to their wholegrain versions....

Lots of ways.

fiber one cereal... 14 grams fiber, 0 sugar

shirataki noodles... 3-16 grams fiber (depending on the kind) , 0 sugar, low carb, low calorie

raspberries... 8 grams per cup, very low sugar for a fruit

spinach, broccoli, egg plant, cauliflower, kale, etc... eat your vegetables!!

wheat bran... 30 calories, 6 grams of fiber (out of 10 grams of carbs) add it to oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt etc, to get your fiber up

etzekiel breads, high fiber tortillas, flat out wraps

I love Fiber One cereal!

Barley and popcorn are also high in fiber

Prevention magazine online had a good tool for finding high fiber foods.  You can even  add items to your "grocery list" and print them out.

Kashi golean cereal is my favorite since its high protein, high fiber, low sugar, and no fake sweeteners

really pretty much any fruit and vegetable has a good amount, here's a website with a list of high fiber foods
