what are some good tv series?

I'd like to find more to watch once I'm done with season 2 of Heroes, I like watching something before I go to bed.

The Office (UK) and Extras for comedy

Dexter and Carnivale!! *sobs* I miss that, and Deadwood! I'm shaking my fist at David Milch right now about it.

Also check out Dead Like Me - used to be on Showtime, reruns on Sci Fi. 

Ooh, I forgot about Dead Like Me.  Great show too.  In Canada reruns come on Showcase Diva I believe.

I miss Carnivale too.  I never watched Deadwood, but I heard it was good.

How cool is Dexter?  Awesome right?  I love it.  Can't wait till season 3.

Vicereine you're in Canada right?  If you have Rogers cable and get The Movie Network OnDemand (the free one), both seasons of Dexter is on there.  Check it out if you have it.

Weeds and The Shield are my favorites.

I had season 6 for xmas but because my OH hadn't gotten into them when they were on the TV we are watching all seasons on DVD together before 6 so I'm seeing them all again!  :o)  Love it!!

I watch House, My Name is Earl, Jon & Kate + 8, Rob & Big, Survivor (New season starts tonight!), CSI, Bones, Intervention, Dr. G Medical Examiner

I just realized I don't watch much TV anymore, it just seems like the shows aren't as good as they used to be.

The ones I still like are: The Office and 2 and a Half Men

Dexter has to be one of the best shows I also can't wait for season 3 I even have a picture of the show as my background on my computer.  Being a criminal justice major it is probably one of the most accurate shows that I have seen when it comes to blood spatter.  (Yeah as gross as that is we had to study it in CSI talk about making your stomach churn). 

The Wire is freaking awesome.

And I miss Carnivale too

I ditched my DirecTV and now get by on Netflix. So I'm re-watching Battlestar Galactica - this is my very favorite show that's on TV right now- and watching Season 1 of Rome. So awesome! I highly recommend it.

I loved Deadwood and Carnivale as well.
