No added fat, sugar or salt. This makes two batches of small muffins in containers for six at a time which can go in microwave oven, one at a time. I use the pizza setting on my microwave!
| 3 | ripe bananas |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | egg |
| 4 | oz plain yogurt or tofu |
| 1/4 | cup chopped walnuts |
| 1/4 | cup chocolate chips |
Mash very ripe bananas, and mix in all other ingredients. If too runny, add flour.
