Is this a good zigzag diet to break plateue?

I have been stuck between 129 - 130 for about two months now while eating 1450 cals looking to bust through this platue please give advise would like to be between 120-125 and i am 5'4" also could my extra pregnacy skin weigh 3 pounds or so i have a lot of skin around there.

I'm not really sure if zigzag diets work, but I do know you shouldn't be going under 1200 calories, so on the days that you have 1000, you should up the amount of calories by 200.

What kind of exercise do you do?

stay at home mom, no exercise

Oooh, well then maybe the problem is that you need to exercise a little. Maybe 10-20 minutes a day, since you're a stay at home mom and maybe you don't get a ton of time. I'm sure if you're already eating properly, and then you start exercising, you won't be at that plateau anymore
