How many grams of carbs do you normally get each day?

I don't care about percentages, I'm curious as to the amount of carbs you eat. I get anywhere from 200-300 grams a day..

200-250g usually

I usually try to keep to 200-220.  I love carbs so sticking to this amount helps me not to go overboard.

300 grams - or whatever 60% of my calorie limit happens to be.
Oh good. It's reassuring to know that other people aren't on low-carb diets either.

I love carbs and great around 250-350 per day :)

Gosh I get tons...everything I eat is basically a carb...I see no point in limiting them though...I now just try to eat some protein or good fat along with it (pb with fruit or almonds with oatmeal). I hope this helps you....

4-600 for me daily. i run like 7 miles a day though..

Currently in induction faze under 30g of carbs, it took me two weeks to get there, First I was aiming for 100 and I kept going over.

I maintained a 200 lb. wieght loss for over 15 years, by eating low carb, never hungry.

120 to 165

Typically 150-200.
