I'm new to this and I can not figure out what Grams means? Is this grams of fat that I ate for the day? If anyone could help!!!!!

If you're talking about the "Grams" column on the "Food Log" page, it's the weight of each item in grams.  :)

If you're talking about the "Grams" column on the "Nutrition Report" (Analysis) page, it's all of the Grams consumed throughout the day, as in the weight of the food in grams.  I've come to find this figure to be very useful for me (re: fluid intake b/c I log even water), though I'm not sure how others use it...

In case you haven't yet discovered it, the Nutrition Report (go to My Account --> Analysis) page gives a summary, where you can see how many grams of fat, protein and carbs that were consumed in the day, with percentages of total calories.

There are conversion programs on-line to convert oz to grams.  I have to use this for foods that are not in the Food List.
