This isn't quite what you're after, but, a visual of two tablespoons of peanut butter.

hahahah okok thx for th link!! :P:P

Where did u find it anyway? i googled "2 tablespoons of peanut butter" and i didnt find anything :S

btw i hav another question, is ther any way of chekin the protein intake from food in this webpage :P? cus all i c is the calories.

It was taken by another very helpful member as a combined effort to help someone we know struggling with their ED in need of visual portion sizes.

Do you mean a protein intake given on your food log? I'm not so sure on that, I don't use it.

yea that exactly,,, o well dont mind bout it but thx neway :P

Click on Anyalsis in the my account section.  It gives a breakdown of carbs/fats/proteins.  Also breaks down your fats, totals your sugars.
If you click on the underscored date you will get a percentage of some vitamins.

I would use a scale to weigh your portions if it's not liquid.  I actually recently had an issue with portions and peanut butter. When I actually weighed the peanut butter it didn't even look like a tablespoon or at least what I consider a tablespoon.  It was like having a completely level spoonful.  So I think the most accurate way is to weigh everything, especially since peanut butter is high calorie (if your trying to lose weight...won't matter so much if your trying to gain).

Well i think im trying 2 gain more than loosin so... xP ill just use the image lalabanana gav me, but thxxx... if i can ill do, but idk wer i can scale it xP. Btw how much does a tbsp weight?

wow! that's only 2 tablespoons? i think ive been UNDERestimating on that one. i always completely level off the top of the tablespoon...maybe i shouldn't do that?
