I'm not quite sure how many grams of fat, protein, and carbs I should have per day. Can anyone help?

Hi,
The recommended good ratio of calories is 40-50% Carbs, 25-35% protein, 20-30% fat. Under 2300 mg of sodium and over 25 grams of fiber.

Nothing beats typing "How much fat should I eat" in google and then clicking on the links that appear.
