It's Been A Grand Day

When I found this site on Saturday I was feeling really rotten about my self. I had regained some weight that had taken a lot of hard work to loose. I wasn't sticking to my food plan, no exercise in a long long time. I'd developed new health problems that directly correlated with the lousy lifestyle I now had.

Well I joined the site and checked out some forums. Begin using the tools provided and suddenly I was doing so much better. I now have hope and feel so much better about me.

I eat lunchroom food. Adults can have baked potatos or salad or the regular menu. I'm sick of baked potatos and salad so at this point I'm eating the reg menu. We had chicken strips, mashed potatos, fruit, cake, english peas. In stead of a full adult serving I went with 2 strips, a small portion of peas and m. potatos. The roll went into the trashcan. I also enjoyed fresh cantaloupe. So I'm now making better choices there.

Tonight supper plans changed. Hubby wasn't able to fix supper so he told me to pick something up on the way home.

At first old attitudes of going wild and getting lots of stuff reared it's ugly head. Then it hit me that I could make the best of a bad situation and choose foods that were better than others.

So that's just what I did Smile
