I like Kashi TLC chewy ones- the ones I get are 140 cals, 7g protein, and 4 g fiber- they keep you really satisfied, I often grab em when I dont have time for breakfast

I absolutely love the cherry dark chocolate Kashi bars!Yummo!!!
I use the Quaker brand -- chewy, low fat -- 90/100 cal.  On long bike rides, I'll eat one about every 5 to 10 miles.
I think there worthless.  Most have lots of sugar.  Try to get your cals from whole unprocessed food. :)

man do i HATE granola/breakfast bars. They never fill me up and i usually need to eat several to even feel remotely satisfied.

Like andievan said, try to get your calorie intake from unprocessed foods. Trust us on this one. They fill you up longer, and you can usually get the more of the full feeling with less calories.

I would love to eat a granola bar- any kind, any variety.  Why?  Cause they are my surrogate candy bars.  That is why, on this go around on trying to improve my health, I am telling my body to stay a million miles away from granola bars.  I do not have the capacity to bike ride or run or sweat in a gym so every calorie really counts with me plus the Sugar Junkie wants sugar.  One bite of something sweet and here I go- I am so proud of what fat is gone now.  Can't love myself with a granola bar.  God they taste good!  Why doesn't my garden broccoli taste that fantastic?
i'll have one if i'm in a rush and need to have a snack on the go, otherwise i have a snack that's fresh and nutritous like fruit or a small salad. i try to avoid prepackaged stuff as much as i can :]
Those Kashi TLC ones are good, but taste a little strange at first if you've been used to the really sugary ones.  I also do Nature Valley, but they taste more like an oatmeal cookie!  They are pretty high in calories/sugar.  You can even see the granules of sugar in them.
granola bars can be great. however, some are better than others. nature valley bars are like 200 cal a package and offer very little protein and fiber. quaker oats granola bars are the same.

try buying luna bars, clif bars, zone bars, kashi bars, south beach bars, fiber one bars, or the more expensive bars. i actually think these taste better and they are filled with more fiber, protein, and nutrients. which is better for your health and weight loss. remember not to eat too many though!
My stepmom and stepsister HATE these but I love them...SOYJOY!  As far as I know they're made from good stuff, and I really love the apple flavored ones, but I don't eat them much, actually I don't at all anymore.  I ate a couple before, realized they're around 140 calories each, and decided I could be eating A LOT more food for the same amount of calories...that's why I basically stay away from cereal bars and stuff...I mean I could have a whole tuna sandwich for that much...
I've been eating the Quaker bars for quite some time now, and while it does keep me full it still seems more like a candy bar than anything else. I'll have to look for Luna or Kashi ones as they seem to be the most recommended. IMO, Granola bars in general should be eaten in moderation regardless of how healthy it may seem. :)
