Granola/Protein Bars
So...I'm a bit addicted to these things.
I probably have at least 3 granola/protein bars a day..usually more.
Pros? Cons? Opinions? Thoughts?
As long as they aren't high in sugar or fat I don't see anything wrong with it, especially if it fills you up.
I am the same way and I was wondering the same thing. Balace Bars are my vice. Now, I just make them a treat every few weeks so that I will be less likely to binge on them.

Granola bars are VERY yummy. I usually have one a day. My favorite are the Nature Valley Strawberry Yogurt ones. Extremely tasty =P I highly recommend these if you haven't already tried them. (they do get a D+ grade, here on CC, but they seem healthy to me)
my favorite balance bars are the Honey Peanut and Cookie Dough. Though, saldy I am starting to love Rockie Road. Why are these things sooooo delicious.
